Nigerian stand-up comedian and showbiz personality Wale Gates and his wife Lanre have taken delivery of a their first baby- a girl.
The tot was delivered 9:38 am this morning, Friday, February 4 2011 at Medway Hospital, Gillingham, Kent, UK.
Wale who playfully took to his twitter account after his wife put to bed, was very glad to announce to his followers that he was now a proud father.
‘Thank you Jesus’, ‘Welcome to the world daddy’s lil girl 08:38′, read his tweets.
